Responsibilities:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO team within our Global Occupier Services division.
The Project Manager will coordinate a disposal team, comprising architects, town planners, stakeholders, surveyors and external technical consultants to identify the optimum disposal strategy and facilitate the sale of disposal sites. This role involves being the main point of contact for the client for the site, organising project team meetings, managing the delivery of consultant outputs, and ensuring outputs meet industry standards.
This role can be based in either London or Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the site and project team.
  • Organise project team meetings and site visits.
  • Set up and manage the programme for consultant outputs.
  • Ensure outputs are fit for purpose and meet industry standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders and regulators to support disposal activities.
  • Produce and maintain project management documentation for the site, including risk registers, health and safety plans, and quality assurance criteria
  • Support the communication and interpretation of advice provided by the disposal team.
  • Provide advice and project management support to both the specific site projects and where appropriate the wider programme
