PROJECT MANAGER AT SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Project Manager who will be primarily site-based, to join our team and drive our ambitious projects to success. If you have a strong BMS background in site environments, a knack for managing stakeholders, and a technical edge, we want to hear from you!

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale projects on-site, overseeing design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and client validation.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholders on-site, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Technical Oversight: Utilize your technical background to oversee project deliveries, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and follow up on project plans, remove roadblocks, and participate in planning meetings with clients.
• Financial Management: Take full ownership of project economics, including budgeting, invoicing, claims, and variation orders.
• Procurement & Subcontracting: Negotiate and set up subcontracts, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Reporting: Provide detailed internal and external reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics
