Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent English (oral and written).
• 5 to 7 Years of Experience in Project Management, preferably in Projects related to Delivery/Supply/Commissioning of Electrical Switchgears, Automation Panels etc.
• Strong Personality is mandatory.
• Knowledge about High-Voltage (HV) and Low-Voltage (LV) Electrical Equipment is a big bonus.
• Risk and Communications Management skills mandatory.
• Being a Team Player is a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Having the “Safety Always” mentality
• Be the single point of contact for the client while applying the “Customer First” mentality
• Leading the project team including Project Engineers, Technical/Engineering Team, Cost Controlling Team, Contract Management, Logistics, Legal, etc.
• Execute the projects according to the agreed contract terms.
• Abide by SE’s internal Customer Project Process (CPP) for Project Execution.
• Be responsible for the P&L of the project and protect/improve the project’s profit margins.
• Conduct monthly project review meetings with the management.
• Strong follow-up with suppliers and partners where applicable.
• Reporting to management monthly forecast figures.
• Risk Management and Risk Register handling.
• Constant stakeholder management.
• Safeguard Schneider Electric’s interest at all times.
• Adhere to Schneider Electric’s internal core values: IMPACT.
• Diversity: Daily dealing with colleagues with multiple nationalities from all over the world
