WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Degree.
  • 5-7 years of working experience Project Management in System integration and building management system or ACMV system
  • Innovative and has strong passion for Energy Efficiency and Building Management
  • Pro-active and self-motivated team player
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presenter and able to communicate fluently with customers.
  • Able to work independently
  • Exposure to projects execution in Singapore
  • PMI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Full Ownership and responsibility of the success of the project.
  • Identifying variation orders, such as identify and interpret the customer change request.
  • Project Progress tracking and reporting to customers and management in a timely manner, such as submittal/approval, cost, schedule, manpower, procurement and quality issue update;
  • Cost control, monitor, forecast and ensure delivery of financial commitment, cost, revenue, invoice to meet company forecast of Sales.
  • Attending customer meeting, following up customer inquiry, request and areas of concerns, prompt and positive feedback with solution, plan work schedule for the project under responsibility
  • Support and lead Project engineer/s in large/ complex project situation
  • On time project review with Project Leader
