SUMMARY:

This candidate will provide Project Management (PM) and Scrum Master (SM) support for the Remote Embedded and Cabin Awareness Engineering teams. This position requires a good mix of PM skills to support the project team deliverables for each team and SM skills to help these teams organize and prioritize their day-to-day work for each sprint to deliver committed work to senior management and the organization. This candidate must be bilingual in English and Japanese as these teams have a significant impact and therefore are needed in off-hour meetings and many interfaces required with teams based in Japan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• A good mix of People management, Analytical, and Organizational skills are a must have.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience in behavior driven development, test driven development, or specification by example.
  Tools: MS Office, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, Lucid Spark, Power BI, Tableau Committed to continuous learning, and able to demonstrate a pattern of personal development in automobile domain knowledge and PM/SM processes.
  Required in off-hour meetings and interfaces with offshore (Japan) teams.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  Adobe Experience is a plus.

  Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

• Act on behalf of the supported teams to remove impediments and obstacles for the teams and to produce an environment that helps the team(s) deliver their products and meet milestones.
• Work along with the lead Product Owner in managing the backlog and its prioritization.
• Support project/program activities and ensure the timely delivery of the deliverables.
• Manage issues/risks/dependencies and status reporting to the stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile methodology i.e., Scrum, Kanban, is understood and leveraged to ensure the supported teams are maximizing their efficiency.
• As Scrum Master, facilitate Agile events and work with team members to participate and own their role within the Scrum team to deliver consistent and quality results.
