Project Manager/ScruM MaSter to greenfield SySteM iMPleMentationS
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to become part of our team in Applications & Data
Lab. At IFU, we are undergoing a major transformation, where we are replacing all applications, based on a Microsoft-
first strategy. We are already working on our new Investment Management System in Dynamics 365 Sales and have a
new ERP system (F&O or BC) and HR system in the pipeline. We are a small organization but have a high execution
speed and a short time from decision to action. Here you will become a central person who can help shape the deliveries
to the organization with a focus on value. We use Scrum as a delivery model but have a non-evangelistic approach to
the model. The most important thing is feedback from the end-user and that we can optimize the value for them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the Microsoft tech stack, deep
understanding of agile methodologies and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams. You are good at
communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as bringing decisions to the right level with
management. You can set a good framework and structure for the deliveries in the team and set the right priority in
interaction with the business.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Min. 5 years of documented experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
• Experience within the Microsoft tech stack (Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, F&O/BC)
• Strong practical experience within Scrum
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with and manage stakeholders Ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Certification in project management and Scrum
• Ability to write and speak Danish at a native level, and working proficiency in English
• Fintech industry understanding is an advantage

• Lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies based on the Microsoft tech stack.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with management, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the project’s goals

are met.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes and practices to improve team performance and deliver value to end-users.
