QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong technical education in buildings construction or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in delivering office buildings’ projects, with strong track-record in managing construction phase;
  • Previous experience with FIDIC contracts and projects completed in EPCM model;
  • Proficiency in English is a must (B2/C1 level);
  • Good overall technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience;
  • Commercial acumen, sense and skill;
  • Agile, quickly adapts to changing conditions and requirements (esp. market, Client);
  • Availability;
  • Very high communication skill both verbal and written;
  • Self and company- confident;

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, supervising and coordinating buildings’ projects ( office ), within the Places Business Area in terms of planning, organization, financial and legal issues;
  • Managing projects from early concept stage, engineering, procurement and construction management & commissioning;
  • Advising, guiding and directing others in the way projects are run;
  • Client and project commercial management (contract and risk management) to avoid complaints and claims;
  • Working with Clients and managing their expectations and requirements;
  • Coordinating required resources and billability on projects; including on-site team of engineers;
    Providing a link with clients and partners to discover new opportunities.
