HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Execute assigned contracts according to the scope and implement KPI to ensure the success of project execution.
• Support the negotiations of contracts and ensure risk management strategies are implemented.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Support the Bid Management team in cost / scope analysis.
• Assess in addressing the technical / commercial risks related to a tender.
• Coordination with the tender management team for cost and price calculation.
• Project planning, controlling and reporting.
• Assembling a project team and assign individual responsibilities.
• Identify appropriate resources needed per LoA and ensure that these resources are sufficiently provided to the project.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Integrate and develop suitable subcontractors/ partners and negotiate requirements and solution strategies.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Manage customer relationships and knowledge, actions, opinions and feedback of the customers.
• Preparing lesson learned document to improve the work process, operation, quality, safety and cost efficiency.
• Together with commercial manager to monitor and control the financial KPI of assigned contracts.
