Description:
PROJECT MANAGER
Silver Hotel Group is currently recruiting for a Project Manager, Reporting to Corporate Director of Engineering & Projects.
The Project Manager will lead and manage all phases of hotel development and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of hotel operations, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Engineering & Projects, the Project Manager is responsible for:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for hotel construction or renovation projects and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, analyze costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met.
- Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and brand specifications.
- Timeline Management: Track project progress, address potential delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, including updates on milestones, budget status, and any issues encountered.
- Post-Completion Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
