Description:
Six Degrees, a Reverba Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to a Director, Project Management, as Project Manager you will be responsible for tracking and managing key aspects and deliverables of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Managing full lifecycle for projects such as virtual and in-person meetings, eLearning modules, online education tools, and enduring content
- Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines with input from other internal groups on the project, and submitting these to the Project Lead for review and approval
- Liaising with clients and internal colleagues for input and approval on project plans and timelines, along with making any recommended revisions
- Managing timelines and budgets to ensure projects are aligned with project scope while proactively identifying scope creep or potential risks
- Hosting and potentially leading project meetings with client and internal teams to identify innovative and creative solutions, refine schedules and/or budgets, and address any potential challenges
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of internal teams and roles, to result in improved collaboration
- Creating status meeting agendas and follow-up status reports
- Building and maintaining strong, confident relationships with clients, vendors, and freelancers based on a track record of delivering excellence
- Collaborating with clients and other key stakeholders to ensure event execution is in line with commitments, expectations, and budget
- Anticipating and helping to resolve client issues that arise by proactively consulting with colleagues in identifying potential issuesCompleting project close-out responsibilities, including reconciliation in collaboration with the Project Lead and Finance team
