OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager who is tasked driven, solution focused and super organised to keep are projects on schedule ensuring the highest standards are delivered.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of new projects from the start of the build to completion. They will work closely with our design and management team to ensure a smooth project delivery. The successful applicant will need to be a strong communicator ensuring all parties are clear on what’s expected of them and when their tasks are due to be delivered.
Our projects vary in terms of size and location. We typically operate in the Bath and Bristol area but also cover much or Wiltshire, Mendip, Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Regardless of the project type or location the prosses is the same, clear and detailed communication is essential to ensure all parties; clients, third parties and internal team members are well informed of the project and its ongoing status.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in construction and client care - strong customer relationships
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on time management and prioritisation.
• Previous experience in supervising teams, fostering a positive work environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
