Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 10+ years’ experience. PMP Certification preferred.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND JOB KNOWLEDGE:

Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodology, planning and control techniques. Able to quickly learn and adapt to new business concepts, process, and technologies. Experience working in manufacturing and technology industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus. Experience working in hardware, software, and security projects is a plus.
Applies expertise to project management challenges. Develops strategies integrating processes that deliver cost savings, performance, and efficiencies. Demonstrates broad knowledge and experience with roles and interrelationships of each business unit/function.

Sets high standards and expects individual initiative. Promotes rewards/recognition for positive results/behavior and consequences for poor performance/behavior. Works effectively on major initiatives with little direction or supervision. Keeps senior leadership and key stakeholders informed as needed.
