Description:

Role: Project Manager
Location: Belfast, (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 p/a
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a growing organisation in Northern Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative company. You will be supported by subject matter experts across business areas including operations, technology, governance, digital and data, finance, networks and innovation and strategy and regulation to ensure all projects are efficiently managed and implemented.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree/ equivalent qualification and at least 2 years’ relevant experience across business analysis and/or project management/delivery.
  • Experienced with a range of project management tools such as DevOps, Trello, MS Project.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft applications (SharePoint and Teams).
  • Effective communication skills with an emphasis on high quality reporting.
  • Ability to build good working relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of best practices in programme management and governance across multiple projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, risk management, and compliance in line with organisational policies.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and business leads to plan and design projects, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and tracking benefits realisation.
  • Play an active role in project delivery, including process design, analysis, and implementation activities.
  • Utilise your problem-solving and analytical skills to maintain project standards and ensure timely progress.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise project updates and contribute to a positive change management process.
  • Help improve project delivery methodologies and tools as part of the Transformation Team.
