Responsibilities:

  • Proactive collaboration with Partners and Engagement Managers to understand and meet client- and project requirements with a view to resource needs and availabilities;
  • Identification of Resource availabilities to get the right people to clients, considering everyone’s skills, experiences and (ideally) personal preferences to better match projects with career opportunities;
  • Close cooperation with Resource Managers of other competencies and across EW, driving a dedicated joint resourcing initiative ensuring the best teams for our clients;
  • Regular analysis of KPIs (PeopleFlash, Missing timesheets, Overtime Balance, GDS integration, eff. utilization per rank etc.) and monitoring of overall utilization per competency;
  • Support in operational Resourcing and optimization of Resource allocation in Europe West.

Profile

  • Professional experience in the field of Resourcing / staffing / personnel planning;
  • Fluent English;
  • Confident, agile and friendly when dealing with Management and colleagues;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Team player, self-motivated and well-organized;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks;
  • Experience in working to tight deadlines.
