The opportunity
In our Grid Integration (GI) business unit, we believe that data is the key to enable transparency. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter Project Manager and Sustainability Data Analyst who is passionate about sustainability, managing data and tools, analysing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements.
We are looking for a creative and energetic with experience in business intelligence (BI) to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn environmental and sustainability data into knowledge. This position will support the Sustainability Portfolio Manager in prioritizing reporting needs and data capture, creating and managing master data sets, and building out/automating repeatable reports and tools.

How you will make an impact

  • Empower effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, validating and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Ensure seamless data flow between systems and guarantee reliable information
  • Lead projects with analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools to retrieve required information from suppliers, sales, and project delivery
  • Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects. Additionally, create and maintain ongoing reports
  • Monitor and report on existing metrics and develop new metrics as required
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc
  • Support automation to enable team scalability
  • Proactively identify opportunities to provide value to our Global Product Groups through data

Your background

  • University degree in engineering, data analysis, computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable degree
  • Experience in project management and reporting
  • Experience using very large datasets and simmplify it for different audiances
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Passionate about environmental systems, life cycle thinking, and product sustainability
  • Creativiness when it comes to visualizing complex data structures
  • Experience with scripting for automation (e.g., VBA macros, Python, Perl, Ruby) is a strong plus
