• Assesses existing operations to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives to meet government and organization requirements, supports and provides input into development and implementation of sustainability policies and procedures
• Obtains alignment sustainability programs and initiatives from partners; develops and shares tangible and non-tangible benefits of programs
• Participates with cross-functional business teams and stakeholders across all Divisions to develop new sustainability plans, maintain and establish new goals and metrics to measure the Company’s sustainability performance, providing input on new and existing store plans and upgrade requirements to existing stores
• Provides direction and guidance to team member(s) on department activities, reviewing performance, providing continuous feedback, mentors and trains team member(s) and is a resource to answer questions and discuss best practices
