About the Role (Your Why)
The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing, technically leading, and controlling allocated projects from initiation to completion. This includes defining project scope, setting objectives, and determining deliverables and resource requirements. The Project Manager ensures that all project activities are aligned with the project plan, coordinating and overseeing tasks to maintain progress and quality.
What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Defining and confirming project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements (planning, tracking, and adjusting as needed)
  • Ensuring adherence to project plans by coordinating and overseeing project activities
  • Collaborating with Resource Management to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
  • Providing guidance and support to project team members while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Developing and maintaining budgets for all projects
  • Assessing the impact of changes to project cost, schedule, and scope
  • Engaging in a range of Business Analysis activities across diverse business areas to assist with stakeholder management and capturing business needs
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
