Description:

Job Title: Project Manager - Talent Management
Work Authorization: Open to USC, GC, GC-EAD, TN
Location: Hybrid - Vienna, VA

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project management, especially in talent or performance management contexts.
  • Proficiency in Azure Development Ops (ADO) for project planning and tracking.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and leadership presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies is highly desirable
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: From $111,437.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support a seven-person team, divided into Performance Management and Talent Management Practices sub-teams.
  • Facilitate individual work planning in Azure Development Ops (ADO), ensuring alignment with Integrated Talent Strategy (ITS) project structures and division expectations.
  • Conduct sprint ceremonies, including weekly stand-ups, refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
  • Update and utilize team dashboards to track key metrics and share insights with managers and team leads.
  • Define processes and timelines for Quarterly Business Reviews preparation.
  • Provide project planning mentorship to team members and suggest improvements to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Systems & Alignment team on vendor-related requirements.
