Overview:

You will coordinate and facilitate conversations between policy, product and technical implementation. You don’t just deliver what stakeholders ask for; you figure out and advocate for the right solution, the one that’s actually needed. You synthesize a compelling vision, generate a clear strategy to achieve it, then build a roadmap for execution.
The Project Managers do not have formal people management responsibilities, but deep skills in communications, collaboration, organizational change management are essential. Being able to build relationships with your client and other government stakeholders is crucial.
