Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specializing in site coordination and renovation works.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, including site coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and construction activities are executed efficiently.
- Oversee material selection, procurement, and delivery to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including clients, management, and project teams.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure project success and team development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
