In the TLHC business case, we committed to an additional 228 CT guided biopsies per year. With the recruitment of a Clinical Fellow to support a short-term increase in capacity, we are looking for an experienced project manager to work towards a long-term solution by monitoring sector wide utilisation of this key diagnostic with the potential for a networked approach to access.

Communicate highly complex, sensitive and contentious information on the progress of the projects to key stakeholders across North West London (NWL).
Liaise closely with all NWL organisations and other relevant groups and ensure that the project reflects current good and evidence-based principles.
Facilitate meetings of clinicians, managers, patients and other partners to agree priorities and action plans.

Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious information relating to the project.
Encourage creative thinking and innovative practice as well as developing robust methods of testing new ways of delivering patient care utilising expert knowledge of good practice tools and techniques such as process mapping, PDSA cycles and Impact Analysis Frameworks.
At Imperial College Healthcare you can achieve extraordinary things with extraordinary people, working with leading clinicians pushing boundaries in patient care.
Become part of a vibrant team living our values - expert, kind, collaborative and aspirational. You’ll get an experience like no other and will fast forward your career.
