PILOT GROUP - PROJECT MANAGER (ERP IMPLEMENTATION)

ESL sources requirements internationally to develop long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, we hold stock in three warehouses (UK, Europe, and America), we provide next-day delivery, and we provide local service in many countries by communicating in more than 18 different languages.
ESL is headquartered in Manchester with people located around the world. It was founded by two female entrepreneurs 17 years ago (both are still in the business) and the company has continued to deliver double-digit growth year after year. The company has 75 amazing people with brilliant skills.

DESCRIPTION
The Customer Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are planned and executed in a manner that will meet the implementation goals for the project. Key goals are to complete the project within the established time frame and budget and to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
The Customer Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the implementation team and the appropriate Business Decision Makers within the organization. Additionally, he or she should submit regular reports to the project stakeholders outlining progress, project risks, and any additional required resources.
A very important function of the Customer Project Manager is to manage the availability of resources in the customer organization, namely the Key Users.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the project plan
- Assign tasks to resources
- Approve project charges such as travel expenses, equipment, or billable time
- Create and communicate project status reports to the project stakeholders
- Manage the defined budget and budget changes
- Ensure quality and timeliness for the services
- Ensure customer acceptance for delivered services
- Prepare and conduct customer meetings
- Control the execution of the testing
- Coordinate issues resolutions with partners
- Coordinate the acceptance of the system
- Coordinate prep go-live activities
- Coordinate cutover activities
- Assign adequate resources to go-live and post go-live activities
- Coordinate the hand over to support team
- Any other duties within the post holder’s competence as requested.
