We are looking for a Project Manager to join our fast growing Customer Delivery department. As a Project Manager, you will own the entire onboarding project to designated enterprise customers and would act as the main focal point for the customer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (writing, speaking, reading), other European languages will be an advantage
  • Proven vast experience in project management roles in international hi-tech companies.
  • 8+ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • 8+ years of experience with customer relations.
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within the program/account under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Proven experience in matrix management.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and team player that can get the job done.
  • Takes a “Can-Do” approach and delivers.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • A B.S. degree in technical discipline will be an advantage
  • Transparency and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

  • Manage our AML SW solution delivery project for our customers, from initiation to completion while meeting project scope, budget and timelines.
  • Create and maintain strong relations with the different stakeholders of the customer, globally, with a special focus on the technical and project aspects.
  • Serve as the customer trusted advisor, and major focal point to all SW delivery issues, questions and concerns.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, while implementing complex, project-based processes to bring increased efficiency in the delivery of all projects and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Work according to internal, high quality project management standards based on supporting procedures and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the main focal point of the customer for all the project deliveries.
  • Manage customer satisfaction through all deliveries.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other Intra and inter-stakeholders.
  • Manage the delivery aspects of global projects.
  • Sync with all internal stakeholders on the delivery process of ThetaRay solution to key customers.
  • Create and manage the project plan for delivering solutions to customer’s hand-off.
  • Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, and identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Plan and manage effectively the project budget
  • Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
  • Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes, and communication standards for the operations teams.
