Responsibilities:
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join an established project team with a high focus on delivering exceptional customer service. At TIEVA you will be delivering a range of IT solutions to customers that operate across all industries, ensuring projects are implemented on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- End to end management of multiple small, medium and large projects, successfully delivering to all required specifications.
- Project kick-off calls with customers to discuss and define project/programme requirements.
- Management and coordination of all resources required to deliver effective projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, third parties and internal stakeholders.
- Responding to requests for projects/programmes within given timescales.
- Owning all project documentation, ensuring it is kept up to date at all times.
- Managing project budget and financials.
- Management of project exceptions.
- Delivery of projects to a high standard.
- Adhere to the project team processes and methodology.
- Handing over the project/programme to the customer, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
- Managing the onboarding of customers to TIEVA Support.
- Managing internal onboarding where required.
- Recording the process, including lessons learned and continuously looking for process improvements.
