Description:

TJP LABS PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful production and scale-up of new products launched in our caffeine pouch contract manufacturing business by managing manufacturing-related projects, processes and timelines. This role ensures seamless execution of manufacturing initiatives, including sourcing of new raw materials, establishment of new production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Leading cross-functional teams, you will drive alignment on production requirements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery of retail-ready products.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required, preferably post-graduate degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing roles
  • Direct experience working with primary and secondary packaging suppliers and providing solutions for shelf-ready displays/merchandising solutions
  • 5+ years experience in CPG/FMCG, food, beverage or high-volume commodity products segment
  • Experience in Beverage, Supplement, and/or Functional Product categories, a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
