PROJECT MANAGER TO MACGREGOR

YOU ARE

MacGregor is looking for a person with a long and proven operational experience and results in project management of projects within relevant businesses. The ideal candidate would have a background the marine engineering industry. Since you will be exposed to a broad group of stakeholders and work cross-functionally, it is highly important that you possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. You also bring excellent follow up, coordination and project management skills, ensuring that projects are completed smoothly and on time.
You excel under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results even in high-stress situations. Your leadership is positive, knowledge-sharing and motivating, inspiring teams and colleagues to perform at their best. Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven, you consistently push towards success. With a structured and business-minded approach, you bring clarity and efficiency to tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask is also needed.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you have:

• A M.Sc. or B.Sc, preferably within engineering or a related technical field
• Experience of P&L responsibility and tracking budgets
• Efficient in using IT tools and project management software
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Other tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing the project according to the commitments agreed with the Customer in the contract.
• Support sales in tender project plan, budget, risk register, deviation list and firm bid for sales
• Provide a strong support for an efficient transfer of knowledge from Tender Phase to the Design Phase
• Responsible for establishing a meeting schedule for the entire project execution period according to the governance model
• Responsible for continuous risk management according to risk management system
• Support planning of installation & commissionin
