GENERAL

• Construction and implementation of multidiscipline facilities projects.
• Competent in all phases of Project Management activities including, budgeting, planning, design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight, and project closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar field.
• 5+ years of project management and related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Verbal and written skills.
• Proven Analytical / Critical Thinking Skills.
• Proficient in computer and software applications such as MS Office, MS Project, email, etc.

• Proficient planning, organization, and execution of works and/or projects with personnel in charge, external and internal to the company.
• Excellent teamwork and pressure skills. Ability to work well with others at all levels and in all organizations.
• Work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills both for written and oral presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues and complex operations daily.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems.
