Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and support our external client projects. This role is critical in ensuring that our internal teams are well-coordinated and aligned with client needs. This is a high-profile role as part of an international team, with interaction at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating internal resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of project execution.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Internal Coordination:
  • Translate client requirements and feedback into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Project Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Communication:
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams to support project objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including any changes or challenges.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
