Description:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in Australia required
- $160k - $220k + super
- Underground Utility Project Management (Civil Construction)
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the project on time and under budget.
- Work extensively with the Principal Contractor as required.
- Organise, plan and manage direct site labour and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Monitor changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and measuring, valuing and negotiating variations to designs in consultation with the Commercial team.
- Management of subcontractors in strict compliance with agreements.
- Track and produce accurate cost tracking date including holding weekly project reviews
