REQUIREMENTS/ YOUR SKILLS

  • You have experience in implementing e-commerce systems
  • You have experience managing projects and building relationships with English-speaking clients
  • You understand product, category, and e-commerce management processes
  • You have a good understanding of the IT industry and the principles of e-commerce ecosystems
  • You can easily communicate with both clients and development teams
  • You are proficient in English and can comfortably communicate at a business and technical level (B2/C1 level)
  • You have experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Agile methodologies are second nature to you
  • You are proactive and independent – you take initiative and know how to motivate others

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive project management – defining, planning, managing, and monitoring the budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risks
  • Regular work with project reports to monitor progress
  • Building strong relationships with clients (managing open communication, controlling potential risks, being the first escalation point, managing client expectations)
  • Coordinating the project team’s work and ensuring consistency with the chosen methodology
  • Building a well-organized team and identifying recruitment needs
  • Supporting business development by playing an active role in preparing proposals and during the negotiation process of cooperation terms
