Under the direction of the designated leader, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving innovative and impactful projects that enhance outpatient services at Valleywise Health Ambulatory Care Services. This dynamic position involves crafting comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, ensuring quality improvements, and developing clear communication strategies to support the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional care. By spearheading multiple, simultaneous initiatives, the Project Manager ensures that every project aligns with Valleywise Health’s strategic vision, creating meaningful outcomes for patients and the broader community.
Hourly Salary Range: $39.96 - $58.94

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible project management experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENCY:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience.
• A master’s degree in a related field is preferred

• Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate personnel in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools required.
