Summary
We are looking for a “Project Manager Vehicle Optronics (f/m/d)” for the “Combat Vehicles” department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “Combat Vehicles” department is responsible for the preparation of offers and the implementation of customer projects from the project planning phase through development to series production. In addition, new products are defined and existing products are further developed as part of product responsibility and product strategy.
Your Tasks
- Participation in the acquisition of projects
- Creation of concepts, specifications and offers and support to customers in creating system requirements
- Implementation of international projects within the agreed time, cost and performance framework
- Carrying out systematic project planning and project tracking
- Leading project teams and managing subcontractors
- Cooperation with internal and external partners and customers
- Implementation of presentations within the HENSOLDT-Group and externally to customers and suppliers, as well as preparation of corresponding reports
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is a requirement.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in optronics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in managing and processing projects
- Experience / knowledge in leading project teams
- Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP R3)
- In-depth knowledge of SPz PUMA and / or KPz LEOPARD is an advantage, as is a background in the German Armed Forces
- Planning skills, confident demeanor and ability to work in a team
- Results-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working
- High degree of flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English
