Project Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

Veolia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to safely and efficiently manage and deliver infrastructure projects based in Southbank 3006. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical and Innovation team and be key in delivering projects across multiple sites to approved scope, quality, schedule, and budget.

• Lead and partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently
• Establish strong working relationships and coordinate resources to deliver project works
• Mentor and develop team members’ project management skills
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and Veolia procedures
• Plan, deliver and review projects through all phases from initiation to handover
• Prepare project documentation (requirements, scope, plans, estimates, contracts etc.)
• Manage project progress, milestones, risks, schedule, quality and costs
• Identify and manage legal, regulatory, safety and Veolia requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety management plans
• Ensure “Safety in Design” in all solution development phases
• Manage project supply chain including procurement and vendor performance
• Provide accurate reports and forecasts on project deliverables and budgets
• Oversee commissioning, start-up activities and operational readiness
• Conduct lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement
