Responsibilities:

On the back of project wins and continued organic growth, we are looking for an experienced Treatment Plant Project Manager to join our growing and diverse water team in our Wellington or Petone office – both have a fantastic view and waterfront location.
This is an exciting opportunity to further your career as part of an international leader in infrastructure. You will join an established multi-disciplinary team and have the technical support of our extensive design resources based in New Zealand and across the world. You will be applying your treatment plant delivery experience, working alongside senior and up & coming specialists around the country to deliver sustainable and commercially viable engineering solutions for our clients across New Zealand.
Working with the team, you will develop proposals for national clients as well as developing business locally.
You will have proven experience successfully delivering complex projects, working within high performing teams and contributing to the financial success of a business.
Excellent leadership, organisational, problem solving, outcome focussed, and time management skills are a given, along with a high level of financial competency with the ability to manage financial and schedule performance. Previous profit and loss management is desirable.
Your ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved are essential.
Fostering team performance and being an effective and efficient communicator will also be essential to your success in this role.
