Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Take charge of project lifecycles, coordinating with POS suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.
  • Site Verification Management: Arrange and conduct site verification visits as necessary to maintain project integrity.
  • Supplier Coordination: Manage POS suppliers, including selection and ensuring timely delivery to our warehouse.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative casework systems, enhance operational capabilities, and deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools to monitor critical tasks and milestones, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Financial Management: Maintain oversight of project budgets, ensuring profitability from initial sale to project completion.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare detailed job costing sheets and keep project management trackers up to date for transparent reporting.
  • Drawing and Specification Review: Review project drawings and specifications at the direction of the business development team to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Progress Reporting: Conduct weekly reviews and generate progress reports for management to provide insights into project status.
  • Estimation and Presentation: Prepare estimates and client cost presentations to ensure transparency in client communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve on-site issues with professionalism and composure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and on-site personnel to facilitate project success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement standard operating procedures to improve site processes and efficiency.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by articulating a clear plan and vision for project execution.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel across Canada as needed to manage job sites and ensure project success nationwide.
