PROJECT:

In this role as Project Manager, you will be responsible for drive digital innovation with a focus on commercial operations and AI/GenAI project management.
We are looking for two consultants; one a bit more strategic and another one a bit more operational and with AI/GenAI experience.

SKILLS:

• At least 5 years of experience working in digital innovation/transformation, consulting, and/or product management in a corporate.
• Strong analytical, project management and business skills.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas
• with digital innovation in the healthcare space or a regulated industry
• enabling complex initiatives and ensuring their uptake in the organisation
• driving digital projects end-to-end and also in AI/GenAI projects
• Knowledge and passion for digital trends, including AI and GenAI.
• in developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high profile cross functional and multinational initiatives

Nice to have:

• Experience working with or in start-ups and in digital healthcare will be a plus.

• By the driving force behind a strong digital innovation partnering across functions in commercial operations
• Project manage strategic initiatives and/or projects in AI and GenAI
• Collaborate in the analysis of global digital trends from an IO perspective
• Support regions and affiliates in the integration of strategic digital initiatives
• Coordinate with other business units to shape and support in innovation
