Role Summary:

As the HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution and delivery of all assigned projects identified in HR’s annual business plan and the Office of the Chief Human Resources portfolio. You will lead and coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and resources to ensure that the project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met. You will also apply project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to monitor and report on the project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
One of the key projects that you will lead is the deployment of the workforce planning solution, which aims to optimize the allocation and utilization of human resources across the organization. You will work closely with the Workforce Planning Centre of Excellence (COE) and the Director project and change within the CHRO office to ensure the successful implementation of the solution and the alignment with the HR operating model and the business strategy. The Project manager will also work with our HR Technology and Chief Controller teams on delivering this cross functional initiative.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the workforce planning solution deployment, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Workforce Planning COE, HR Technology, Chief Controller, system integration partners, and consultants, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions and teams.
- Manage the budget, resources, and contracts related to the project and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Oversee the integration of the workforce planning solution with the existing HR systems and data sources and ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
- Monitor and report on the project progress, performance, and outcomes and provide regular updates to senior management and relevant committees.
- Facilitate the change management and adoption of the workforce planning solution across the organization and ensure alignment with the org design and HR operating model principles.
- Facilitate the alignment between the HR Centre of Excellence and the HR Operations, Tech, and Insights team so as to achieve the desired HR Operating Model outcomes.
- Engage with key stakeholders (HR business partners, executives, and employees) to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage the vendor performance and relations with the consulting partner and program scope during the project phase of transformation and ensure smooth transition into BAU operating model.
- The role will ensure the delivery of quality program output which include the development of process maps, procedures, guidelines, and documentation by our external partner in line with the standards as defined by the Process Excellence director in HR Operations, Technology and Insight team and as agreed with the accountable COE / Process Owner.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in HR Transformation and Change Management, having implemented a new target operating model (operating model, structure, process, ways of working and governance) for one or more organizations.
- Previous HR Transformation experience to include but not limited to: HR activity analysis, detailed HR organisation design, capability reviews, change management, and workforce planning.
- Innovative thinking – Ability to lead innovative and/or transformative projects and strives for continuous improvements.
- Analytical thinking - Exceptional ability to analyze data and utilize it to make sound business decision.
- Stakeholder oriented – Demonstrate strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining high ethics and professional integrity in all interactions.
- Communication skills – Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills necessary to lead and manage teams and projects effectively.
- Relationship building skills – Ability to work within a dynamic team setting and provide leadership to build and develop strong teams.
- Solid understanding of business planning processes and key business metrics to be achieved.
- Flexible and capable to manage the end-to-end HR transformation workstreams in a complex global/territory capacity.
- Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders to develop relationships, establish credibility and instill confidence.
- Prior experience and/or familiarity with agile strategies and some of the relevant HC technologies would be of benefit.
