Description:

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Associates Degree in Human Services or related field.
    Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field. * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Five (5) years of experience in coordinating programming for youth and families.
  • Five (5) years of experience supervising employees.
  • Five (5) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
  • Five (5) years of planning and executing community meetings, events and activities.
  • Five (5) years of working with and developing budgets for programs, events and activities.
