    We are in the game of helping people. As a Project Officer in The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program, you will aid in helping adult Australians improve their language, literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy skills.
    Access Skills Training (AST) (WISE Employment RTO) has been awarded the contract to deliver Skills For Education and Employment (SEE) training in the Bendigo region, offering both accredited and non-accredited training, providing extra support for learners, and workplace-based training options.
    This role delivers efficient and effective support, and administrative and facilities services to the SEE Program. The role is customer and sector-facing and contributes to the internal and external reputation and customer service nationally offered by WISE.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for SEE referrals and providers.
  • Provide project administration including Training Enrolment, Commencement and Attendance data entry into the SEE system.
  • Communicate with providers on admission, commencement and enrolment of external referrals into the SEE system, and all other student matters.
  • Communicate with students regarding attendances/absences/suspensions/withdrawals.
  • Book all Pre-Training Assessments (PTA) from Referring Providers.
  • Ensure data input for SEE System is entered, recorded, reported and is quality controlled.
  • Support the SEE Services Team to ensure effective and efficient start-up and then day-to-day project administration and operational processes including general correspondence, meeting minutes, invoicing, and document management.
  • Ensure effective file management of the program records.
  • Assist with the communication and administrative aspects of provider referrals, requests, and general enquiries.
  • Provide information to external agencies about the program content, schedule, participation requirements and eligibility criteria.
  • Ensure that information provided to internal and external stakeholders is current, accurate and provided in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Process claims to meet remittance deadlines.
  • Liaise with the Claims Department in regards to student participation/absences for reconciliation of claims.
  • Other duties as required.
