Description:

- Full time ongoing role based at Parramatta/CBD with flexible work options and hybrid arrangements available.
- Clerk Grade 7/8 Salary ($110,266 - $122,058 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our Strategic Planning and Performance team within the Enterprise Project Management Office you will play a significant role in the implementation of business planning and strategic organisation wide change initiatives.
Key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Support the team in the development and implementation of the organisation strategy and business planning process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the Authority, coordinate working groups, and manage consultations to support.
- Provide high level administrative support in the coordination of the business planning cycle including circulation of papers and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and maintain reports, briefs, presentations and monitoring tools, to ensure accessible and accurate information is available.
- Maintain the business planning IT systems including support with user management and training.
- Source, collate, and compile data to track progress against milestones and identify emerging issues.
- Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
