About Human Resources Division – Organisation Development
You will be part of a dynamic Human Resources & Organisation Development (HROD) division that formulates and implements people and digital initiatives to support business strategies and maximize the potential of our employees.
This opening is for the Organisation Development (OD) team, the team responsible for driving the organisation’s employee engagement, culture and transformation strategies.
[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Assist to plan, organise and implement staff engagement events, including the procurement of event-related services, management of vendors (e.g. venue, catering, AV tech), logistics, programme coordination, event communications and liaising with internal stakeholders within EDB
- Plan, develop and administer employee engagement initiatives e.g. staff awards, corporate merchandise, teambuilding, engagement sessions
- Design and develop internal communications collaterals for events and employee engagement activities e.g. electronic direct mails (EDM), posters, newsletters and videos
- Collate and perform basic data analyses for qualitative and quantitative data
- Identify possible areas for process improvements for existing initiatives and develop and implement the corresponding solutions
[What we are looking for]
To succeed in this role, you should have / be:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in event management, internal communication, organisation development, human resources or a related field. Fresh graduates with substantial part-time/ internship experience may apply.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in data analysis on Excel and creating engaging presentations on Powerpoint
- Proficiency in organising events using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar
- Proficiency in engagement, collaboration and design tools such as Forms, Mentimeter, Miro, Padlet, Canva or similar will be an added advantage
- Independent, organised and meticulous
