JOB SUMMARY
As a Project Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and monitoring ongoing and expansion projects. Your expertise in project management will ensure that the project objectives are met, focusing on reduced costs, improved productivity, quality, and ISO compliance. You will coordinate the creation and execution of design qualification, installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), performance qualification (PQ) protocols, and change control documentation. Additionally, you will manage timelines for analytical method transfers and validations, develop project plans, and coordinate critical activities across sites.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years proven experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of ISO compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams

Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and monitor projects to ensure the desired project objectives are met
- Coordinate the creation and execution of design qualification, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols, and change control documentation
- Manage timelines for analytical method transfers and validations
- Develop project plans and coordinate day to day critical activities across sites
- Create URS and support commissioning of equipment with minimal interruption to operational schedules
- Gather information and coordinate activities for facility fit assessments
- Support early customer acceptance by closely working with the team
- Develop concrete plans for technology transfers and monitor activities across sites and OEMs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth progress of related assignments.
