OUR CLIENT IS A EUROPE MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A PROJECT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR TO BE PART OF THEIR OPERATION TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST - EASILY ASSESSIBLE.

The Project Operations Coordinator responsibles are:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service features, ensuring thorough understanding.
• Analyze customer inquiries and coordinate with departments to prepare proposals or quotations.
• Assist customers in preparing shipment documents, including dispatch and special notifications.
• Address and resolve customer escalations, queries, and invoicing issues, maintaining communication.
• Arrange shipments by obtaining necessary details and coordinating space bookings, pickups, and special requirements.
• Prepare and release shipment and customs documentation, ensuring adherence to project-specific standards.
• Update the Tradenet system with accurate shipment information to generate permits.
• Coordinate operational execution with relevant business unit operators.
• Generate and analyze reports and statistics to identify areas for improvement and inform management.
• Manage the closing of shipment files.

• Develop operational procedures and guidelines for vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.Keep management informed of major service failures, market changes, and customer-related information.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma and above
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/ shipping industry

• Proficient with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge in Dangerous Goods cargoes
