Responsibilities:

  • Executing the acquisition of suitable land for solar and BESS projects.
  • Negotiating lease agreements with landowners and municipalities.
  • Utilizing IT solutions, including GIS, for identifying and evaluating potential solar and BESS projects.
  • Reviewing and managing project documents and contracts.
  • Collaborating with a project development team to meet deadlines.
  • Engaging with external partners, landowners, and consultants.
  • Ensuring efficient communication, information management, and documentation.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, municipalities, and other external partners.
  • Involved in the preparation and negotiation of the sign offs on contracts or expenses.
  • The use of GIS systems to identify potential project sites and managing all project-related documentation and contracts.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel are also an important aspects of this role
