Project Planner

• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering procurement and construction disciplines
• Understand WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and work with management and project team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling and project control
• Prepare and manage the overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software
• Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control
• Coordinate schedule from multiple subcontractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S-curves)
• Reports and analyses deviations from plan
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as engineering documents, procurement and status of all disciplines
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team and project team
• Participation in meetings with clients, vendors, subcontractors and time schedule
• Prepare project report and give support to manager as project control
• University education – engineering background
• Experience in project execution/planning
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Primavera software (P6)
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Proactive approach, ability to learn quickly, resilience
• Teamwork
• Able to Work in a multicultural environment
