Project Planner

Mid to large company in the engineering construction industry is seeking a Project Planner due to growth and expansion. Responsibilities include: work with company owners and project executives to properly plan and staff 40-50 projects spread throughout the country; analyze projects and recommend accurate headcount and skill sets needed (for example: how many engineers and what mix of skill set is needed to complete this six month project); analyze jobs and recommend number of employees and duration; other projects as assigned. This is a remote position.
Qualified candidates will have a college degree and 3+ years of Resource Demand Planning or similar experience ideally in the construction or engineering or similar industry. For more information or confidential consideration contact Jordon Heffler.
