YOUR MISSION

As the Project Portfolio Coordinator you will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or portfolio management.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and budget tracking.
  • Fluent English is required; fluent German is highly desired but not mandatory.
