QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this position, we imagine you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
• Possess at least 4 years of proven project management expertise, effectively managing multiple projects and workstreams in a dynamic setting
• Demonstrate good knowledge of different project management methodologies and apply them effortlessly based on project needs
• Bring experience in working within organisations with strong project governance setup but flexible to adapt to the business needs
• Display fluency in both written and spoken English

It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have experience within pharma industry.
As a person, you possess strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable creating and presenting to all levels of the business. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, are motivated, and work well even under pressure. You respect the opinion of others yet can drive a decision through the team. Your time-management skills are excellent, and you can decisively prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions as well as following up and following through. Finally, you think strategically and anticipate changes that could affect projects.
