- Master, bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Substantial experience in overseeing projects, particularly with investment and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a high focus on results, attention to detail, critical thinking, and conceptual thinking.
- Resilient with a strong drive to see tasks through, along with excellent planning, organizing, and timely attention to detail, coupled with proficient written and spoken English.
