Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Process, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical or equivalent)
- 5+ years in Project Engineering or Project Management for (bio)chemical, or pharmaceutical industries with international experience.
- Technical knowledge of the various engineering disciplines in the Pharmaceutical environment, both on clean and black utilities, process, automation, Instrumentation and Civil Engineering.
- Has worked from design to commercial as a engineering package owner on a full scale startup project.
- Task orientated person who is very comfortable working towards set objectives and has a track record of achieving results in this regard.
- Strong understanding of the CQV lifecycle.
- Fluency in English.
Responsabilities :
- Represent the project engineering team for the full project duration from design phase to project handover (includes design, technical support, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification phases).
- Review (and comment) all engineering documentation (e.g. P&IDs, lists, calculations, data sheets, specifications, URS, TS, drawings).
- Be part of the approval of key engineering documents (e.g. Fluid List, PIDs, CQV documentation).
- Accountable for the project schedule and budget related to the defined scope of work.
- Coordinate the parties with the responsibility for the timely project delivery and within budget for the defined scope of work.
- Participate to safety risk analysis (HAZOP) and be responsible for the mechanical discipline mitigation actions.
- Review and approve the commissioning and qualification documentation.
- Support for the commissioning and qualification activities until the handover to Operations
